RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Halsten, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We design our products to deliver real results, and we recommend giving any new wellness routine at least 14 days to feel the difference. If you're not satisfied after that, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly to get them to you faster, which means cancellation windows are tight.

- Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, your order is likely already in processing or shipped and may not be cancellable.
- Cancellations approved after our cutoff are subject to a $15 processing fee to cover the costs already incurred (payment processing, picking, packaging prep).

To request a cancellation, email support@halsten.shop with your order number as soon as possible.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we sell. If you've used your Halsten product for at least 14 days and you're still not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.

To start a return:

1. Email support@halsten.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

A few things to know:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timing is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us. If it has been longer than 10 business days, check with your bank first, then reach out to us if there is still an issue.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We package every order carefully, but occasionally items arrive damaged in transit. If your product is broken, defective, or arrives in unusable condition:

1. Email support@halsten.shop within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Include clear photos showing the damage and your order number.
3. Choose either a replacement (sent at no additional cost) OR a refund for the damaged item.

Please note: only one resolution can be selected per damaged item.

Damage to the outer shipping box alone does not qualify as a damaged product. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement under this policy.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at support@halsten.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we offer the following:

Reshipment option: We can ship a replacement order to the corrected address for a $15 reshipment fee, which covers the additional shipping and handling costs.

Refund: Refunds are not available for orders shipped to incorrect customer-provided addresses, as shipping and processing costs have already been incurred on the original shipment.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment with the fee above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original packaging
- Items showing signs of use beyond the 14-day evaluation period
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

1. Check with neighbors and your local carrier.
2. Contact us at support@halsten.shop within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
3. We may be able to assist with a carrier claim, but Halsten is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Halsten reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current version before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
