SHIPPING POLICY

At Halsten, we offer FREE shipping on all orders across the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. During peak periods, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it is officially in transit and tracking will be provided.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier handling your order.

- United States: 6–12 business days from dispatch
- International: Currently not available — US orders only

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather events, peak shopping seasons, and carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the typical window. These factors are outside of our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY AND ORDER CHANGES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

If our system identifies a potential issue with your address, we will reach out within 3 business days to verify. Failure to respond may result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us at support@halsten.shop within 24 hours. We will make every effort to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes once it has entered processing.

Important: If a package has already shipped and is marked undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Halsten is not responsible for the loss. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in these cases, as it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur for reasons outside of our control, including:

- Severe weather or natural events
- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs clearance (where applicable)
- Address verification issues
- High order volume during sales or holidays

If we identify a processing issue with your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Halsten is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we will keep you informed and assist wherever we can.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We take every reasonable step to ensure your order arrives safely. In the rare event a package is lost or stolen in transit:

1. Contact us at support@halsten.shop and we'll help you start the process.
2. File a claim with the carrier — we can provide instructions and any documentation needed.
3. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement as a courtesy.

Please note: Halsten is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient. For unresolved cases, filing a police report may be required.
